The NFL’s top rushers in Adrian Peterson and Marshawn Lynch square off Sunday with the Seattle Seahawks hosting the Minnesota Vikings at CenturyLink Field.

Peterson produced his third 100-yard rushing game of the season, but it wasn’t enough as the Vikings fell to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 36-17 in a Thursday night matchup in Week 7.

Minnesota has now dropped two of their last three games after starting the season 4-1, and quarterback Christian Ponder has thrown seven interceptions in his last four games after going the first four contests with none.

Also in the last four games, the Vikings have given the ball away 10 times.

Against Tampa Bay, Ponder would go 19-for-35 for 251 yards with touchdown and a pick, and hit team-leading receiver Percy Harvin seven times for 90 yards.

Peterson leads the NFL with 775 rushing yards this season, but hasn’t faced a defense like Seattle’s yet this season.

The Seahawks are fifth in the NFL in preventing the run, but couldn’t stifle the Detroit Lion’s potent air attack and lost 28-24 on the final drive.

Detroit’s Matt Stafford hit receiver Titus Young for a one yard touchdown with :20 left, despite 105 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries from Lynch, and quarterback Russell Wilson completing 70 percent of his passes for the third time this season.

Wilson would go 25-for-35 for 236 yards with two touchdowns and an interception.

A loss Saturday would give Seattle a three-game losing streak, which they’ve had every season since 2007.

The game begins at 4:05 p.m. EDT and will be shown by FOX, or watch a live stream online by purchasing NFL Sunday Ticket Max.
