Officials at New York's John F. Kennedy airport nabbed a passenger trying to spirit two stun guns aboard, the second incident of people flying with stun guns in just a few days.

This time, authorities caught 53-year-old Othon Mourkakos before he boarded a plane. Mourkakos told The New York Post that he did not know stun guns were illegal. On Friday, authorities discovered a stun gun on a plane just after a flight from Boston to Newark had occured.

Stun guns function by firing an electrified barb, and can be purchased relatively easily online.
