Octomom Nadya Suleman, who posed nude recently for Closer magazine in order to be able to pay her bills and rent out a house for herself and her 14 children, has received death threats.

The 36-year-old is receiving death threats after turning to the Government Welfare due to lack of money, even though she sounded very adamant in 2010 when she announced she would never take that option.

Apparently, the Octomom's decision to go on welfare has angered people and she has been getting hateful messages ever since the news broke out, reported TMZ.

Suleman has been receiving threatening phone calls, emails and Facebook messages which accuse her of giving birth to 14 children and not being able to provide for them financially on her own.

Some of the messages read Die b*tch. I'm not working for your f**king kids, you're the one that wanted them.

While other messages tell her she does not deserve the welfare money and curse her. However, Suleman has not asked for police protection yet.

There are also a few people who have come forward to support Suleman, praising her strength and ability to bring up 14 children and doing the best for them.

It has been three years since Suleman grabbed media attention for giving birth to healthy octuplets who set a world record. The single mother has been struggling to make ends meet because she cannot afford to take up a full time job with the responsibility of 14 children.

According to a report, Suleman is now receiving $2,000 per month from Welfare. The state government provides financial support to large families who have earnings of less than $119,000 a year. However, her special debit card is closely monitored by the government to make sure she is making the right use of money, like spending on food and not making any illegal purchases.

While talking to Closer Magazine, Suleman had spoken highly of herself as a mother. She had said: I'm such a good mother.

I'm so loving, and my kids are so happy. There's never been a time I've regretted having so many.

But after falling short of money, she had to pull out her kids of the $4,000-a-month private school they were attending. Only her autistic son is continuing in the expensive school.

The Daily Mail reported that Suleman is currently taking classes to qualify as a fitness trainer and plans to train people while her children sleep once she gets her license.
