National Signing Day 2012 was yesterday, and the newest crop of NCAA Football talent are officially committed to their future colleges. It's their first step down the hopeful road to the National Football League. During the recruiting process, which starts long before National Signing Day, top recruits are given tours of school facilities and have meetings with coaches in order to see if the recruit and school are a good match. Johnathan Gray
A runningback from Aledo High School in Texas, Gray committed to Texas University in April of last year. Gray was the Gatorade Player of the Year in 2011, when he had 346 carried for 3,891 and 65 touchdowns. Reuters
Mario Edwards
The #1 defensive tackle from Denton, Tex., Edwards committed to Florida State. Edwards played his sophomore year as a wide receiver and defensive tackle, but switched to tackle full time in his junior year. In 2011, he had 72 tackles, 32 for losses, and 11 sacks. Under Armour
