The New York Giants Super Bowl defense could be coming to a close on Sunday afternoon.

New York is on the outside of the NFC playoff picture entering Week 17, and they need a lot of help to make the postseason. Even if multiple teams lose, the Giants still have to take care of business at MetLife Stadium.

The Giants are set to host the Philadelphia Eagles at 1 p.m. ET on FOX. You can watch a live stream online by purchasing NFL Sunday Ticket Max.

On paper, the Giants shouldn’t have much trouble in their final game. The Eagles nothing to play for at 4-11, and have on win since September. The Giants are 6.5-point favorites.

However, it won’t be an easy game for New York. Michael Vick will get the start over Nick Foles. The quarterback hasn’t taken the field since Nov.11 against the Dallas Cowboys, but will play against New York because of Foles’ injury. Vick has, historically, given the Giants trouble with the Eagles.

Vick will look to take care of a banged up Giants defense. Both Justin Tuck and Kenny Phillips are out with injuries.

Eli Manning may have to have a big game for New York to get the victory. The Giants have given up 67 total points in their last two games.

If the Giants win, losses by the Minnesota Vikings, Chicago Bears and Cowboys would give them the final wild card spot in the NFC.
