The 2013 NFL regular season is set to come to an end with the arrival of Week 17. For the first time all year, no games will be played during the week, as all 16 games are scheduled for Sunday.

With most of the playoff spots having already been clinched, the final weekend often features some usual lines. For instance, the Kansas City Chiefs, who are tied for the second-best record in football, find themselves listed as double-digit underdogs. They are locked into the No.5 seed, and head coach Andy Reid could choose to rest most of Kansas City’s best players. The San Diego Chargers, who will host the Chiefs, need a win in order to have a chance of reaching the playoffs.

While the Chiefs are big underdogs, the other top teams in the league have been named the biggest favorites of the week. Five clubs that enter Week 17 in the postseason are giving their opponents at least 9.5 points. The Denver Broncos and New Orleans Saints are the largest favorites. The Broncos, who would secure home-field advantage throughout the playoffs with a win, are giving 12.5 points in their visit to Oakland. The Saints are giving the same to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as they look to clinch the final wild card spot in the NFC.

Every game on Sunday is a matchup between division rivals. Two have become unofficial title games. Even though the Eagles are visiting the Cowboys, they are seven-point favorites at most casinos. The line moved almost 10 points when it was reported that Tony Romo would miss the game with a back injury. In addition to the NFC East, the NFC North will be on the line when the Packers visit the Chicago Bears. The betting odds won’t be determined until the status of Aaron Rodgers is announced.
