Some of the best teams to start the 2022 NFL season are underdogs on the Week 6 schedule. Despite their 4-1 records, the Kansas City Chiefs, New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys are all more likely to lose than not, according to the latest point spreads.

It's no surprise that the Cowboys are underdogs on the road against the Philadelphia Eagles, the last remaining undefeated team. The betting line is up to six points at FanDuel Sportsbook, even though Dallas hasn't allowed 20 points in a single game.

It's still uncertain if Dak Prescott can return from injury or if Cooper Rush will make his fifth straight start for Dallas under center. The Cowboys are 5-0 since last season when Rush starts at quarterback.

The Chiefs are home underdogs for the first time with Patrick Mahomes as their starting quarterback. The point spread is up to 2.5 points for Sunday's matchup between Kansas City and the Buffalo Bills.

Buffalo has been the overwhelming Super Bowl favorite since the preseason. Josh Allen is the 2022 MVP favorite ahead of Mahomes. The Bills have outscored their opponents by 91 points.

Kansas City and Buffalo are tied atop the overall AFC standings with a 4-1 record. The Bills defeated the Chiefs by 18 points during the 2021 regular season. Kansas City has eliminated Buffalo from the playoffs in two straight years.

The Chiefs are 6-2 as underdogs when Mahomes is under center. Kansas City upset the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 41-31 in Week 4.

Considering their record, the Giants are historic underdogs for their upcoming home game against the Baltimore Ravens. New York is only the fourth 4-1 home team to ever be an underdog of at least five points. The line is up to 5.5 points with four days left until kickoff.

Baltimore is 3-2 and in sole possession of first place in the AFC North. The Ravens blew a three-score lead in both of their losses and nearly blew a 10-point lead in their Week 5 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Giants have defeated the Tennessee Titans and Green Bay Packers as underdogs away from MetLife Stadium. New York has already matched its win total from a season ago.

The Miami Dolphins are the only other team that is an underdog with a winning record in Week 6. The Minnesota Vikings are favored by 4.5 points in Miami now that Tua Tagovailoa has been ruled out for a second straight game.
