On Tuesday, NFL teams are officially allowed to begin making moves for the 2013 regular season.

With the ability to sign players and make trades, a few big moves will likely be executed the start of free agency. The New York Giants have reportedly agreed to give defensive lineman Cullen Jenkins a three-year contract, while Jay Glazer reports the Minnesota Vikings agreed to send Percy Harvin to the Seattle Seahawks.

The Scouting Combine and pro days will help teams make their decisions on draft day, but the moves made in free agency will provide a clearer picture of where the marquee college players will be taken from April 25 to April 27.
