Some of the point spreads for NFL Wild-Card Weekend have seen significant changes since the playoff matchups were first set. The Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals are even bigger favorites. The Seattle Seahawks are no longer the biggest underdogs in the wild-card games.

The playoff lines have moved in light of injury updates for Tua Tagovailoa and Lamar Jackson. Tagovailoa has been ruled out for the Miami Dolphins in their road game against the Bills. Jackson didn't practice for the Baltimore Ravens, increasing the already strong chance that the 2019 NFL MVP would be sidelined for Sunday night's wild-card game in Cincinnati.

Now that either Teddy Bridgewater or Skylar Thompson will officially be under center for Miami, Buffalo is a 13.5-point favorite at FanDuel Sportsbook. The point spread was 10.5 points Monday, and the Dolphins were only single-digit underdogs Wednesday morning.

Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel said the team was preparing for Thompson to start in Buffalo Sunday afternoon. Bridgewater's availability isn't known because of a dislocated pinky.

Jackson still hasn't practiced since suffering a sprained PCL on Dec. 4. Not only did Baltimore's starter miss practice Wednesday, but backup quarterback Tyler Huntley didn't throw because of tendinitis in his right shoulder.

If neither quarterback can go, Anthony Brown will make his second start of the season. Brown completed 43.2% of his passes with two interceptions and a 46.2 passer rating in Baltimore's 27-16 loss against Cincinnati in Week 18.

The Bengals are up to eight-point favorites in their rematch with the Ravens. The line was only 6.5 points Monday.

The Bills have replaced the San Francisco 49ers as the biggest favorites on Wild-Card Weekend. The Seahawks are getting 9.5 points in their visit to San Francisco. The line had been 10 points earlier in the week.

The smallest point spread belongs to Saturday night's game between the Los Angeles Chargers and Jacksonville Jaguars. Three days until the kickoff, the Chargers are two-point road favorites. The line had dipped to a single point.

The Dallas Cowboys are 2.5-point favorites on the road against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The line for Monday night's game had been a field goal.

The Cowboys and Chargers are both road favorites, despite losing at home to their upcoming opponents in the regular season. Tampa Bay beat Dallas 19-3 in the season opener. Jacksonville blew out Los Angeles 38-10 in Week 3 at SoFI Stadium.

The New York Giants are still getting a field goal in their matchup with the Minnesota Vikings.
