Megan Fox has given birth to a boy, Noah Shannon Green, the actress revealed on her Facebook page Wednesday. Fox and her husband, Brian Austin Green, welcomed their first child on Sept. 27, they revealed.

“We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home, but I would like to release this myself before others do. I gave birth to our son Noah Shannon Green on September 27th. He is healthy, happy, and perfect,” Fox wrote on her page.

“We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love.

"Thanks to those of you who wish to send your positive energy and well wises. May God bless you and your families abundantly,” the 26-year-old actress added.

Fox started dating Green at the age of 18, and since then they have been in an on-again, off-again relationship until the couple wed in 2010. Green is most well-known for his role on the original "Beverly Hills 90210" show.

In 2010, Fox told W magazine:

"No one believes me when I talk about this, but I'm really maternal.

I worry that because I've always wanted [kids] so much, as the world goes sometimes, I won't be able to have them, even though I would be able to provide them with such an amazing environment.

And you know, the people who hate kids and don't want kids always end up having 50 of them."

Now, Fox has her first son, in addition to being to stepmom, to Green’s 9-year-old son, Kassius, from a previous relationship.
