British Airways will be introducing first class seats on its flights to Las Vegas from June 2011, the airline announced, adding that capacity in the flight will also be increased by 18 percent. Currently operated by a three-class Boeing 777, BA flight to Las Vegas will be a four-class B747 that will ensure 124 additional seats and 14 seats in first class.

British Airways (BA) started direct service from London Heathrow Airport to Las Vegas in October 2009 and it has been considered one of BA’s “most successful launches” in recent years.

It is one of the star-performing routes on the BA network and such a winner with our customers that we are increasing capacity from next summer and offering that extra touch of luxury, Richard Tams, British Airways head of marketing and sales was quoted as saying in media reports.

To help travelers make the most of Las Vegas, British Airways also provides holiday makers with complete information on the city, dealing with areas such as nightlife, car rental services and the like.
