Luckily for the lead character, she wakes up just as a man tries to attack her. Sarah manages to escape from the man, but she sees a wolf being snacked on by a mysterious figure. Sarah doesn’t have a clue about what she just saw, but the mysterious figure’s identity will mostly be revealed in the upcoming episodes.

Elsewhere, Alison and Helena (both played by Maslany) are still hiding out with the former’s husband, Donnie (Kristian Bruun). Everything is going well until Alison gets apprehend by officials. She is brought into custody and sees Beth’s (Maslany) former partner, Art (Kevin Hanchard). Alison is confident Art will let her go, but he now has a new partner who seems very strict. Detective Engers (Elyse Levesque) wants to know where Helena is, but Alison refuses to tell her.

Back in the woods, Donnie and Helena are once again reprimanded by a group of men. A member of the Neolution tries to attack Helena, and she fights back. Initially, it seems as though Helena was overpowering the man, until he attacks her in the abdomen with a sharp tree branch. Helena, who is still pregnant, may be at risk of losing her babies.

Meanwhile, Cosima (Maslany) and Delphine (Evelyne Brochu) reunite with each other, but this happens very briefly in the episode. Cosima panics when she realizes that she lost the cure that could help treat the clones’ and her respiratory disease. But Delphine comes to her rescue and asks her to follow her lead. But before they could help the clones, Cosima and Delphine once again parted ways with a bittersweet kiss.
