'Outlander' Season 1 Spoilers: Episode 6 Synopsis Released Online; What Will Happen In 'The Garrison Commander'? [VIDEO]

“Outlander” Season 1 episode 6 will find Claire wishing she never left Castle Leoch. Last week left audiences wondering if Claire would escape from the MacKenzies, but it seems like the English might not be so friendly, according to the latest episode synopsis.

After redcoats surround Dougal and Claire, the Englishmen won’t leave Claire alone. They question why an Englishwoman would be with the Scottish, believing that either the MacKenzies must be holding her hostage or she is a traitor of the king. This could be an opportunity for Claire to escape, but the redcoats aren’t exactly warm and loving. They’re with Capt. Black Jack Randall, the man who tried to rape Claire in episode 1 (and also looks just like her husband Frank).

As previously reported, their second encounter won’t be pleasant. Apparently, viewers haven’t even begun to see just how twisted and perverted Black Jack truly is. He might not be thrilled that Claire escaped before he could rape her, and he might make another attempt to finish what he started.

Black Jack further complicates things because he was the first to see Claire in the woods in her 1940s dress (which looked like an undergarment in the 18th century). Claire had told the MacKenzies that Black Jack ripped her clothes off, but will he tell the other men that she’d been running through he woods almost naked before he came along? Claire will have to hope that the MacKenzies believe her word more than Capt. Randall’s.
