Panasonic showcases its new HD version of the Lumix GH1 using newly developed Micro Four Thirds system.

Last year the company introduced the Lumix DMC-G1 but today in a press conference at the PMA in Las Vegas, Panasonic revealed the specs of the new camera.

Panasonic debuted the new Lumix DMC-GH1 similar with the later but with high definition video recording which offer HD recording. The HD video recording offered 1920x1080 at 24 progressive frames per second and 1280x720 at 60 progressive frames per second.

In addition to the new camera, the company also launches a pair of Micro Four Thirds lenses, the Lumix G Vario HD 14-140mm f/4.0-5.8 ASPH/Mega O.I.S., and the Lumix G Vario 7-14mm f/4.0 ASPH.

The company didn't give any specific details on price of the camera, lenses and the availability of the product.
