Conrad Hilton, the brother of hotel heiress Paris Hilton, was arrested after he broke into the house of his former girlfriend Hunter Daily Salomon on Monday. The incident comes less than a month after Hunter was granted a temporary restraining order against Conrad.

On Monday, Conrad entered Hunter’s family home in Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles, after which several police officials, along with helicopters, reached the house and arrested him. Conrad is currently in police custody, TMZ reported.

The restraining order was issued by a judge after Hunter said that Conrad asked her to "get a restraining order because he can't restrain himself," and threatened to kill himself. The order forced Conrad to stay 100 yards from Hunter, her sister Tyson, her father Rick Salomon, and her mother E.G. Daily, a professional voice recording artist.

Rick Salomon, a professional poker player, had appeared in a 2004 sex video with Paris called "1 Night in Paris." Rick, who married Pamela Anderson twice, divorced from her this year.

A report by TMZ in February said that Conrad was arrested before for threatening and screaming at flight attendants last July. He was reportedly traveling from Los Angeles to London, when he punched a bulkhead, shouting: “I am going to f------ kill you,” at passengers and flight attendants.

Conrad’s lawyer blamed the incident on the adverse effects of a sleeping pill that the 21-year-old had taken at the time. Conrad pleaded guilty for disrupting a flight and was sentenced to three years in probation. He was also ordered to undertake 750 hours of community service.

In 2012, Conrad was arrested for marijuana possession following a car accident, Daily Mail reported.
