Peaky Blinders
Tommy Shelby (Cillian Murphy) appears to be kissing a brunette woman in the “Peaky Blinders” trailer for Season 3. BBC Two

“Peaky Blinders” fans in the U.K. are less than two weeks away from feasting on Season 3 of the hit BBC Two series! U.S. fans have a little longer to wait as Netflix has yet to announce when new episodes will be available on the streaming service, but a trailer previewing the upcoming drama may be able to hold viewers over.

BBC Two released the promo video Friday, which teases some new dangerous twists for the Shelby family. But it’s the 0:23 mark that we’re focused on. The clip, although brief, appears to show Tommy kissing a brunette. That’s a problem for those on Team Grace.

Fans will remember that Tommy (Cillian Murphy) was put in a tough position during the Season 2 finale. Grace (Annabelle Wallis), his first love, resurfaced and revealed that she was pregnant with his child after their steamy affair. Meanwhile, May (Charlotte Riley), the new woman in his life, was offering Tommy something he longed for — power. She promised to grant Tommy’s bookies gambling licenses at the horse track after the Peaky Blinders burned all the gambling licenses belonging to Saibini’s (Noah Taylor) men.

The finale concluded with Tommy promising to talk to Grace following the race. But that never happened. Campbell’s (Sam Neill) men carted him off to kill him, but an insider working for Winston Churchill (Richard McCabe) killed the other men and spared Tommy. However, Tommy now owes a debt to Churchill, who has another assignment for him.

While Grace didn’t get to talk her pregnancy through with Tommy, she did face May. The two women had an awkward showdown, with Grace trying to prove that love will conquer. But in the world of the Peaky Blinders, power and money might trump love.

“Peaky Blinders” viewers won’t have to wait long to find out if Tommy chooses to be with Grace or May. As previously reported, the Season 3 premiere will kick off with a wedding.

Season 3 will premiere in the U.K. on Thursday, May 5. No Netflix U.S. premiere date has been released.
