FriendFinder isn't the first porn network to sell 3D porn. In Jan. 2010, a company called Bad Girls in 3D announced that it would sell a 60-inch Mitsubishi HDTV, two sets of glasses, 3D playback software, and a subscription for $19.95 a month that would provide content featuring said bad girls, PC Magazine recalled .

The start of Penthouse 3D represents another milestone in the development of ASTRA as key player in the 3D television market, said Ferdinand Kayser, president and chief executive of SES ASTRA said in a statement. Furthermore, it confirms ASTRA 23.5 East as Europe's fastest growing hot spot for both Direct-To-Home and Direct-to-Cable distribution.
