Sofia Vergara and her fiancé Nick Loeb, are concerned that pictures of a personal nature may be sold, after Loeb’s phone was stolen.

The pictures were allegedly being sold by someone in Delray Beach, Fla.

Sources told the New York Post that “The photos show Sofia in her bathroom and the bedroom, and, while they are personal, they are not fully revealing. But her management team is doing their best to make sure they do not become public.”

The 40-year-old Columbian beauty did not seem too concerned this week about the pictures however, attending the preview of Domingo Zapata's collection in New York on Thursday night.

The reason for her seemingly lack of worry could be that Vergara has never been shy about her body. “I am not there to look intelligent. I want to show all this off while I still have it,” she told Lucky Magazine earlier this month.

At the 2012 Emmy Awards, the beauty had a wardrobe malfunction just minutes before she made her way to the red carpet, as she ripped the back zipper of the dress before her big night out. She tweeted the mishap to her followers, which revealed half of her butt as she was wearing a thong beneath the gown.

“Yes!!!! This happened 20 min before we won!!!! Jajajajja. I luv my life!!!!” Vergara wrote as a photo caption.
