New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and Brazilian super model Gisele Bundchen have put their Boston home on the market for $10.5 million.

The Boston penthouse has a view of the Charles River and is 5,311 square feet with three bedrooms, a living room, a master suite, and a media room. The couple tried to sell the Beacon Street home two years ago at $10.9 million, but couldn't find a buyer.

Annual property taxes and condo fees total roughly more than $171,000 a year.

The couple also own an estate in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood that is valued at roughly $20 million. The couple's other home is in Costa Rica, and is eco-friendly.

Our house in Costa Rica is powered by solar panels and wind, Bundchen said. We have a water collection system since it rains anywhere between four and five months out of the year.

Considering Brady needs to be close to his work, the couple will likely have to find a home in the Boston area. In 2010, Brady signed a four-year extension with the Patriots that made him the NFL's highest-paid player worth $72 million and guaranteed him $48.5 million.

According to Forbes Magazine, Bundchen had an estimated net worth of $150 million, as of December 2010.
