Pippa Middleton may soon be able to call herself a published author if a certain book deal goes through.

Middleton, younger sister to Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge (aka Kate Middleton), is reportedly in talks with an agent to do a book about being a good hostess, the UK's Daily Mail reported.

Several British publications have reported that the younger Middleton sister has met with editors from HarperCollins. The alleged literary agent, David Godwin, declined to elaborate.

It's a private matter and I really can't comment, Godwin told the Daily Mail.

The alleged book's subject matter is quite fitting.

Middleton's parents own Party Pieces, which sells items for all types of celebrations, from children's birthdays to weddings. Middleton reportedly already works on the Web site's blog, The Party Times, which gives tips for different gatherings, although she is not listed as one of the authors. The Our Story section of the blog shows a picture of the younger Middleton daughter, but does not say her name.

Middleton has become one of the most popular public figures since her sister's wedding to Prince William. Anything she writes is bound to sell quite a few copies.
