Photos and videos from the sets of “Pirates of the Caribbean 5” continue to surface online. A new video and some photos from the set give fans a first look at Javier Bardem as the new villain Captain Salazar. The cast and crew apparently spent the whole night filming a scene for the movie. [Spoiler alert]

Previous leaks from the sets of the movie have shown massive ships being built on the set. A new set of photos and a video posted on Gold Coast Bulletin show Captain Salazar and his crew on a “ghost ship” that appears to have a broken mast. There are flashes of lightning as the villains sail toward their destination on the high seas.

Captain Salazar appears to be working with Barbossa in the scene. Fans of the franchise may remember Barbossa as a pirate captain played by Geoffrey Rush. The actor can be seen standing next to Bardem on the ghost ship.

Producer Jerry Bruckheimer can also be seen on the set of “Pirates of the Caribbean 5,” talking to some of the cast members. The producers may have to keep close tabs on the movie after a recent delay in production following Johnny Depp’s injury. The actor will reprise his role as Captain Jack Sparrow.

Depp and the other cast and crew members had to work all night for a scene, according to a report by Gold Coast Bulletin. The infamous pirate ship the Black Pearl will be back in the movie and with Sparrow on the deck it is possible that the pirate can once again be the captain.

The Black Pearl was the main focus in the first movie from the franchise. Fans who are eager to see the ship of the new villain will find that the ship in the set photos may belong to Bardem’s character. The main plot of “Pirates of the Caribbean 5” is about Captain Salazar and his crew wanting to kill all the pirates in the world and Jack Sparrow will have to find the Trident of Poseidon in order to stop the villain.
