Time Warner Inc. (TWX) stock advanced 0.37 percent to $46.74 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $33.41, a 52-week high of $47.64 and $44.10 billion in market capitalization.

Amarin Corp Plc (AMRN) stock tumbled 16.32 percent to $10.00 in pre-market trading. The company announced Thursday a $100 million non-equity financing with an investment fund managed by Pharmakon Advisors.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) stock plunged 5.38 percent to $11.25 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $6.22, a 52-week high of $17.96 and $6.23 billion in market capitalization.

ArcelorMittal (MT) stock declined 1.13 percent to $15.80 in pre-market trading. Analysts at Zacks reiterated their “underperform” rating on shares of MT with a price target of $15.00 Thursday.

Nokia Corp. (NOK) stock declined 1.33 percent to $3.70 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $1.63, a 52-week high of $5.87 and $14.04 billion in market capitalization.

Weatherford International Ltd. (WFT) stock advanced 1.29 percent to $10.72 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $8.84, a 52-week high of $18.33 and $8.25 billion in market capitalization.

Deutsche Bank AG (DB) stock declined 1.10 percent to $44.99 in pre-market trading. Three former Deutsche Bank staff told the U.S. regulators that the German lender had masked $12 billion of losses during the financial crisis, the Financial Times has reported.

ARM Holdings plc (ARMH) stock declined 1.04 percent to $36.02 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $21.64, a 52-week high of $37.44 and $16.73 billion in market capitalization.
