MannKind Corp. (MNKD) stock climbed 5.05 percent to $2.08 in pre-market trading. The company stock was upgraded to a “neutral” rating from an “underweight” rating at JPMorgan Chase Friday.

Alcatel Lucent SA (ALU) stock surged 4 percent to $1.04 in pre-market trading. The stock tumbled nearly 10 percent in regular trading Friday after the company reported the third quarter net loss of 146 million euros ($188 million) compared to the net profit of 194 million euros in the same period last year.

Cirrus Logic, Inc. (CRUS) stock gained 2.77 percent to $33.00 in pre-market trading. The company stock slumped more than 11 percent in regular trading Friday.

Ford Motor Co. (F) stock gained 1.97 percent to $11.39 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $8.82, a 52-week high of $13.05 and $42.60 billion in market capitalization.

Alliance Resource Partners, LP (ARLP) stock plunged 3.38 percent to $62.10 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $50.42, a 52-week high of $83.80 and $2.37 billion in market capitalization.

Radian Group Inc. (RDN) stock plunged 3.16 percent to $5.21 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $1.91, a 52-week high of $5.55 and $719.01 million in market capitalization.

HSBC Holdings Plc (HBC) stock fell 2 percent to $48.90 in pre-market trading. The bank reported that its third quarter profit attributable to shareholders plunged to $2.50 billion from $5.22 billion in the same quarter last year. Earnings per share were $0.13 per share, down from $0.28 per share last year.

DuPont (DD) stock declined 1 percent to $43.71 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $43.06, a 52-week high of $57.50 and $41.17 billion in market capitalization.
