The company announced that it has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with China Three Gorges New Energy Corp. to deliver, during the three years from 2013 to 2015, a total of 600 megawatts of its high-efficiency solar panels to be installed in western China.

The company swung to first quarter net profit of $4.4 million or $0.03 per share compared to net loss of $2.8 million, or $0.02 per share in the same period last year but missed analysts’ estimation for a net profit of $0.10 per share.
