“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kim Kardashian West was open about her struggle to become pregnant and now that she has conceived, the E! reality star lamented she’s hates being with child. The wife of rapper Kanye West wrote it was “awful” in a new blog post titled “Pregnancy Diaries: 8 Months!” Tuesday.

She had a similar experience when she was pregnant with her first child, 3-year-old North West, and wanted to share her less-than-spectacular opinion of pregnancy. “I'm not like afraid to say what is on my mind or how I'm feeling especially about pregnancy I feel like it's what everyone goes through, so why not share my story and my process?" she said, celebrity blogger Perez Hilton noted Friday.

Kardashian West, 35, knows there are some women-- like her mother, Kris Jenner, and older sister, Kourtney Kardashian-- who enjoy the process, but she’s not one of them. “I'm not going to sit here and lie and act like it's the most blissful experience. It's awful,” she wrote. “You know I've heard stories forever about how amazing pregnancy is from my mom and Kourtney and that's just not the case for me.”

Even though the reality star-turned-fashionista said she gained 52 pounds in a Twitter post Tuesday, she isn’t afraid of losing the weight. “I know my bounce back game is [strong]. I enjoy the process, the challenge of getting back, so I'm not worried about the afterword,” she wrote. “So I'm definitely a little nervous, but I'm enjoying it. I've started to eat whatever I want.”

She is reportedly due on Dec. 25. If she goes into labor early, her baby boy could share a Dec. 14 birthday with cousins Mason and Reign.

To find out more about the Kardashians, Season 11 of “KUWTK” will premiere on E! Sunday at 9 p.m. EST.
