“Pretty Little Liars” fans may be losing Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) to the “Ravenswood” spin off series, but the ABC Family series is making sure to replace him with another foxy character. The latest addition to Rosewood is “CSI: Miami” actor, Wes Ramsey!

According to E! Online, the 35-year-old will be playing Jesse, “a laid-back staff member with a warm smile.” His casting comes a little over a week after the site teased that the series would be adding a “new attractive guidance counselor.” Unfortunately Ramsey won’t be appearing on “Pretty Little Liars” until January when the second half of season four airs.

Initially labeled as “Aria catnip,” E! Online dished that the show currently has no plans on making Jesse a love interest for any of the girls – which means no competition for Ezra in winning back Aria!

However one of the Liars is definitely in need of some of Jesse’s guidance. While school has definitely been put on the back burner on “Pretty Little Liars,” January will find Spencer “feeling the brunt of scholastic pressures.” Viewers will meet an “academic overachiever” named Brenda who will share her “dirty little secret for her success” with Spencer. The tidbit is said to come “for a hefty price,” and E! Online hinted that it could have something to do with pills.

When Wes Ramsey joins the cast he’ll be reunited with his former “Charmed” co-star Holly Marie Combs. Ramsey played Wyatt Halliwell for a few episodes, the grown son of Combs’ Piper Halliwell.

Season 4A of “Pretty Little Liars” comes to a close on Tuesday, Aug. 27. Are you excited about the new addition to “Pretty Little Liars?” Let us know in the comments section.
