Radiohead is planning its ninth studio album, with guitarist Jonny Greenwood saying Saturday recording could begin in September.

Greenwood said on Mary Anne Hobbes’ BBC Radio 6 Music show the group likely would start rehearsing then despite its members’ solo projects, Billboard reported.

The group’s last album, “The King of Limbs,” came out in 2011, making its debut at No. 6 on the Billboard 200.

Greenwood is set to perform his score to “There Will Be Blood” live in London next month. He has also scheduled a similar show in New York in September, Rolling Stone reported.

Greenwood earlier told the Guardian the band had taken a year off following its most recent tour.
