The drama has returned to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” -- and this time the ladies weren’t the ones raising the ruckus. Cast member Brandon DeShazer, the assistant of Kenya Moore (aka the queen of “Gone with the Wind” fabulousness), and Apollo Nida, the husband of Phaedra Park, were involved in a pretty major brawl, according to TMZ.

Witnesses told the celebrity-news site that Nida “violently attacked” DeShazer during a party that was being filmed for the next season of the Bravo show. And, unsurprisingly, the witnesses said it was all captured on tape.

Nida was reportedly fired up because Moore and DeShazer had allegedly finalized plans to shoot a workout video with his wife, but chose to produce their own instead. The removal of Parks from the project left Nida pretty upset, with a source saying he blamed DeShazer for it.

However, Nida told TMZ he was actually attempting to break up a fight on set when he was attacked by DeShazer. This led him to defend himself, causing the brawl between the two men to escalate.

With witnesses saying it took seven male crew members to restrain the reality-television star’s husband, it appears a fight with Nida should be avoided at all costs.

Regardless of who landed the first blow, we’ll simply have to wait until the new season to see the full story behind the alleged altercation.
