Things are finally looking up for sisters Kyle and Kim Richards. The sisters, who previously co-starred on Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," spent much of Season 5 at odds over Kim's sobriety and various other issues. It had been reported that they continued to feud after cameras stopped rolling, however, it appears they've finally reached a good place in their previously troubled relationship.

Lisa Vanderpump, who also stars on "RHOBH," recently revealed to Us Weekly that the sisterly duo have put the past behind them and moved on. During Tuesday's EVINE Live celebration in Beverly Hills, California, the reality star/restaurateur said she recently saw both Kim, 51, and Kyle, 46, at a birthday celebration for the former child star. She added that both seemed to be happy and appeared to be getting along. Lisa, 55, called it a "step in the right direction" for both of them.

"I'm sure it's a complex relationship, but they seemed happy," she said. "It was her birthday so that's a really positive step in the right direction."

Lisa also touched on Kim's sobriety, saying that was "most important." She shared with Us that Kim is committed to staying on the straight and narrow. The "RHOBH" star went on to say that she, and the rest of Kim's former co-stars and friends, will continue to provide support and wish the best for her on her journey.

Kim celebrated her birthday on Sept. 23. She shared a photo from the celebration on Instagram two days later. The image featured her smiling ear to ear and posing with her longtime friends and ex "RHOBH" castmates Yolanda Foster and Brandi Glanville. In the caption she told fans she and her gal pals "had a great birthday lunch." Brandi, 42, also uploaded a photo from the day, adding, "#realfriends."

Since Season 5 of "RHOBH" ended, Kim has had several run-ins with the law. Most recently she was arrested at a San Fernando Valley, California, Target for shoplifting. According to reports, on Aug. 2, she walked into the store, grabbed two carts and several reusable shopping bags and loaded them up with $600 worth of merchandise. She was able to get about three feet outside the store before a security guard stopped her and took her into a back room for questioning. At the time, Kim claimed she could not recall whether or not she had paid for the items.

In April, she was arrested and charged in connection with an incident that occurred at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The hotel's staff notified police that Kim was causing a scene inside the Polo Lounge, the restaurant located inside the hotel. When authorities arrived on the scene, they were forced to remove Kim from the premises and take her into custody. At the station she is said to have kicked an arresting officer, which landed her a battery on a police officer charge.

In the months since those incidents the "RHOBH" star has entered into three different rehabilitation facilities. Each time she voluntarily checked herself out. She recently resurfaced on Twitter, however, to assure a curious fan she was "still sober."

"RHOBH" is currently in production. Neither Kim nor Brandi will appear on Season 6 of the show. Bravo has yet to announce when it will return to television.
