Yolanda Foster is keeping up the fight. The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star shared the latest step in her battle with Lyme disease in a recent Instagram post from Germany.

Diagnosed with Lyme disease more than two years ago, the former model has spoken very publicly about her illness, sharing the horrible ups and downs with fans along the way and remaining positive even through the lowest of lows.

The new photo from the 51-year-old reality star shows her hooked up to IVs for treatment. According to the post on her personal Instagram page, she flew to Germany to receive the treatment, following previous trips to other countries, namely Singapore and Mexico, to receive unconventional treatments not offered in the United States.

“No matter how much it hurts, you have to keep going……. #NoteToSelf #WeMustFindACure #ChronicNeuroLymeDisease #TwoYearNineMonthNightMare #GermanyDay7,” she captioned the flawless, make-up-free photo.

Foster’s struggle with Lyme disease hasn’t been an easy one. The former supermodel struggles to maintain energy and, most recently, she revealed that she’s begun losing normal skills as a complication of her condition. In January she told fans she no longer had “the ability to do [write] in an intelligent manner at this time.”

Fortunately Yolanda has an amazing support system. Her “Real Housewives” castmates recently rallied to demand a cure for the disease, biting into a lime for the Lyme disease challenge on social media. Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Lisa Vanderpump – and her beloved pup Giggy – all showed support for Yolanda and others struggling with the illness by participating.
