New York Mets' reliever Jason Isringhausen may be on the market and the Cincinnati Reds, St. Louis Cardinals, and Arizona Diamondbacks are interested according to Fox Sports.

All three teams need bullpen help and all three teams are struggling to stay in contention with their respective division leaders.

In addition, the report stated that the Diamondbacks' trade plans have been affected by the loss of infielder Stephen Drew to injury.

Isringhausen is a fourteen year veteran having a great season with an ERA of 2.76, 15 holds, and 1 save.

The Mets have been involved in numerous trade rumors throughout the league including trades for Carlos Beltran and Jose Reyes.

The team already traded their closer in Francisco Rodriguez, otherwise known as K-Rod.

The Mets are currently in 3rd place in the National League East, but appear to have lost contact with the division leading Philadelphia Phillies at 12.5 games out.
