Following a dramatic end to Season 3 of "Revenge," Deadline has revealed that another pretty face will be joining the cast of ABC's popular drama. Brian Hallisay has been cast in the fourth season in a recurring role that will become key to the plot in later in the season.

Hallisay’s character Ben will be a fun-loving, easy-going local cop who will befriend Nick Wechsler's character Jack Porter. According to Deadline, Ben is quickly seduced by the people and places in Jack's world and is rumored to be a new love interest for protagonist Emily Thorne. Given the romantic history between Emily and Jack, Hallisay's character is likely to complicate relationships in The Hamptons.

After landing a recurring role on ABC's summer drama "Mistresses," Hallisay has been on the network's radar for a while, and it was only a matter of time before he landed a recurring role on one of their shows.

He is best known for his role as Will Davis in The CW's "Privileged" and he previously starred alongside his wife Jennifer Love Hewitt in The CW's "The Client List" before the show was canceled after only two seasons.

The 35-year-old actor has just finished filming "American Sniper," a film directed by Clint Eastwood starring Bradley Cooper and Sienna Miller.
