Ladies, if you were ever wondering how guys got over a nasty break up, then you definitely don't want to miss the Monday night episode of "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart." "Cosmopolis" star Robert Pattinson made his first appearance post the Kristen Stewart Rupert Sanders cheating scandal on Stewart's mock news program on Comedy Central.

While many speculated that the interview won't focus on Kristen Stewart's affair with married "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders, Jon Stewart definitely addressed the issue when he brought out a gift for Pattinson - Ben and Jerry's ice cream.

The ultimate break up food to binge on, Us Weekly reported that although Stewart brought out Ben and Jerry flavors Cherry Garcia and Caramel Sutra, the talk show host went easy on his guest.

An audience member at the Comedy Central taping revealed to Us Weekly that Stewart's name was never even mentioned. "It definitely seemed like Jon was giving him a break," the audience member explained to Us Weekly. "Jon brought out the ice cream for him and Rob to eat, almost like Job was feeding it to Rob to help him get through a break up...Jon didn't ask about Kristen but it was obvious that was what the ice cream was for."

Another audience member continued that Pattison did make a reference to his long time "Twilight" girlfriend, but quickly corrected his statement. When Jon Stewart brought up how the public make celebrity breakups to be the end of the world, Pattison reportedly replied "It is." The torn actor then quickly followed the statement with "That's not what I meant," but not before the audience could get an "aww" in.

Robert Pattinson's interview on "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" was taped earlier on Monday. That evening, Pattinson was spotted dressed to impress at the New York City premiere of "Cosmopolis." The actor can also be found ringing the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday Morning, and will be appearing for his second TV interview post Kristen Stewart break up on "Good Morning America."
