Ryan Dunn, the TV star from “Jackass” who died Monday morning in a drunk driving accident, was arrested for drunk driving six years ago, according to RadarOnline.com.

Patrick Carmody, Assistant District Attorney in Chester County, Pennsylvania, told Radar: “In 2005, Dunn was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and entered a first offender’s program that allowed him to clear his record after a certain period of good behavior.”

Dunn, 34, died when his Porsche 911 careened off a highway in West Goshen Township, Pa.
