Samsung recently launched a limited edition version of the Galaxy S7 Edge in select markets. Inspired by Batman, the Galaxy S7 Edge Injustice Edition featured an exclusive color combination of black and gold. If a set of newly leaked images is to be believed, the South Korean tech giant is planning something similar for its latest flagship smartphone — the Galaxy Note 7.

The purported images of the Galaxy Note 7 Injustice Edition were leaked out of China and appeared on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo. With a gold-colored Bat-Signal on the back of the device, the images looked similar to the Galaxy S7 Edge Injustice Edition, which commemorated the third anniversary of “Injustice: Gods Among Us,” and was made in partnership with Warner Bros.

Samsung also released an official unboxing video of the device, which came preloaded with the “Injustice: Gods Among Us” game.

When it comes to the Galaxy Note 7 Injustice Edition, the handset is speculated to feature 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage — a configuration that is reportedly exclusive to the Chinese market.

In addition, the Galaxy Note 7 Injustice Edition is also expected to come with dual-SIM support. However, information about the device’s release date and price is still unknown.

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Note 7 earlier this month with an aim to “set a new standard for large-screen devices.” The handset has many new features, including a dual-edge display, an iris scanner, a USB Type-C port, Corning’s Gorilla Glass 5 protection and a completely water-resistant body.
