Google’s first Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone dubbed ‘Nexus Prime’ will be manufactured by Samsung, BGR reported.

The high-end Android device will be the first to sport a 720p, Super AMOLED HD display and it will not have any carrier preloads or OEM customization. The processor in the device will be an OMAP4460.

It may not include physical menu keys and could either feature a dual core 1.2GHz or 1.5GHz CPU.

Rounding out the details, BGR advises we can expect 4G LTE support and at least 1GB of RAM.

The Nexus Prime is also rumored of having 1080p HD video-capturing capabilities and an advanced 5-megapixel rear camera.

Google is working with multiple devices and multiple OEMs on their Android 4.0 devices which may be introduced later.
