“Scandal” Season 6, episode 11 will see another death. Could the next victim be Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington)?

In “Trojan Horse,” David Rosen (Joshua Malina) will finally announce to the American people that Cyrus Beene (Jeff Perry) is not guilty of assassinating Frankie Vargas (Ricardo Chavira). Now that Cyrus has finally been freed, an excited Abby Whelan (Darby Stanchfield) will think of ways to make him the new president of the United States.

Olivia, who is working with Mellie Grant (Bellamy Young), will also rethink their position in the election. After all, Mellie may no longer have a chance at the Oval Office because everyone feels more sympathetic towards Cyrus. But Mellie will convince Olivia that she deserves to be the next president of the country.

In the teaser released by ABC for Season 6, episode 11, Olivia and her dad, Rowan Pope (Joe Morton), will have a confrontation about the elections. Rowan tells Olivia that he will kill her if Cyrus becomes president. After all, Rowan is tied to a mysterious organization who wants Mellie to become the next president.

Elsewhere in the episode, Huck (Guillermo Diaz) is expected to continue recovering from his wound with the help of his former fling, Quinn (Katie Lowes). In the previous episode, Quinn showed her concern for Huck, and this led her fiancé, James (Dan Bucatinsky), to believe that she still has feelings for Huck. Additionally, Cornelius Smith Jr.’s Marcus Walker is expected to return on Season 6, episode 11. The character wasn’t part of the hit ABC series’ 100th episode which aired last Thursday night.

“Scandal” Season 6, episode 11 will air on ABC on April 20 at 9 p.m. EST.
