“Scorpion” Season 3, episode 7 will focus on election day, and Walter (Elyes Gabel) and his team will be tasked to stop whoever is responsible for creating political turmoil.

In “We’re Gonna Need A Bigger Vote,” Walter, Paige (Katharine McPhee), Toby (Eddie Kaye Thomas), Happy (Jadyn Wong) and Sylvester (Ari Stidham) find out that someone is trying to manipulate the votes. This could affect the entire country, especially if the wrong candidate takes over the White House. Immediately after learning that the votes are changing by the minute, Team Scorpion will start their search for the culprit and stop them from rigging the election. The teaser for Season 3, episode 7 also reveals that Tim (Scott Porter) will encounter some trouble.

Prior to this, Sylvester and Walter talk about the importance of exercising one’s right to vote. “The right to vote is our most precious freedom,” the former says. Toby, who is listening to the two male characters’ conversation, butts in to say that their topic is boring. However, when he finds himself being questioned by the suspects, Toby tells them that he’s in a rush because he still has to vote.

Meanwhile, “We’re Gonna Need A Bigger Vote” will also feature an awkward encounter between Walter, Paige and Tim. The latter informs Paige that his parents will be in Los Angeles for a couple of days and asks her if she is open to meeting them. Paige agrees to meet Tim’s parents, but the members of Team Scorpion discourage her from going through with this. Walter, on the other hand, pretends to be on Paige’s side. He asks his friends to stop pestering Paige because her decision to spend time with Tim’s mom and dad could actually be good for her.

“Scorpion” Season 3, episode 7 will air on CBS on Nov. 7 at 9 p.m. ET.
