Scott Disick may have gotten dumped by longtime girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian, but he’s not totally out in the cold. The 32-year-old appears to have purchased a home of his own months before he and Kourtney broke up.

According to Daily Mail, Scott -- or Lord Disick as he likes to be called -- scored himself a $3.7 million bachelor pad in December 2014. Fortunately for him the house had not yet been sold. TMZ claims Kourtney had all of Scott's clothing and other belongings sent to the Beverly Hills bachelor pad which is located about an hour from the Calabasas, Calif. mansion he and Kourtney once shared. It boasts 4, 095 sq. feet of space, a massive back yard with a pool, sitting areas and gorgeous views. The Mirror reports the home, which was built in the early 60s, has five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Stories first surfaced about the home around the time Scott purchased it. Kim Kardashian was quick to shut down those rumors, saying her sister’s baby daddy purchased the home with the intent to flip it. She claimed he was simply “starting a new business venture.” Around the same time he bought the Beverly Hills mansion, Scott was said to be eyeing some luxury real estate in Israel. She ended the tweet by saying, “fingers crossed that all is well between Scott and Kourtney!” While everything may have been OK at the time, their relationship hit a major rough patch following the birth of their third child, Reign Disick.

As you may recall Scott turned to alcohol during Season 10 episode 8 of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” as he and Kourtney prepared to welcome their third child. He struggled with the idea of being a father again, causing a rift between he and Kourtney. He came around and made it home from a trip to Las Vegas just in time for the birth of his second son. However, according to reports he couldn’t give up his party lifestyle.

Scott and Kourtney split over Fourth of July weekend, not long after photos surfaced of him and ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli showing some serious PDA in Monte Carlo. The 36-year-old mother of three was reportedly fed up with Scott’s non-stop drinking and partying and decided she had to do what was best for her kids. Scott is said to be doing “fine” following the split, but is holding onto hope for reconciliation.
