Shia LaBeouf’s refusal to put away his camera phone resulted in a pummeling in Leicester Square, London. According to multiple reports, the 27-year-old “Transformers” star was beaten by an unidentified individual after refusing to stop filming two intoxicated women, one of whom was reportedly ill.

According to a report from the Toronto Sun Friday, the former Disney star refused to stop videoing the females despite the request from one of the women to do so. Allegedly, a passerby interfered in the argument, allegedly punching the actor twice before bouncers from a nearby club intercepted the scuffle.

One of the unidentified women involved in the incident told UK’s The Sun that she was unaware LaBeouf was filming her until after the actor left with the scene, his friend following suit. “I only realized it was Shia after he’s been beaten up,” said the female, adding, “I’d have let him film me as much as he liked. I have a massive crush on him.”

An exact date of the attack is currently unknown. As of Friday morning, LaBeouf had yet to address the incident on his social media account.

The report comes just hours after LaBeouf’s revealing movie poster for his upcoming drama flick “Nymphomaniac” was released. The image, which shows the Los Angeles native posing topless while smoking a cigarette, joins fourteen other actors equally revealing posters exposing them in stages of arousal. According to a report from the Hollywood Reporter, LaBeouf will portray the character “Jerome” in the film, a British office manager who attempts to seduce an attractive job candidate in an elevator.
