Entertainment-aside, here are some headaches Siri has caused so far.

The voice assistant on the world-phone recognizes only English, French and German for now, and apparently cannot handle heavy accents.

Its frequent outage left many users frustrated, for Siri relies entirely upon Apple's servers and databases in processing the requests received on the iPhones.

What's surprising, furthermore, is that with Apple's network down, Siri is unable to perform even simple tasks like voice-to-text or creating a reminder.

While it's understandable that Siri would need to contact the Internet to download, say, listings for restaurants in a user's immediate vicinity, it also needs online access to schedule a lunch appointment and play music stored on an iPhone, the New York Times' Nick Wingfield commented.
Marked as a beta product, Siri is still in its testing phase. Apple is allegedly testing Siri on devices other than the iPhone 4S, while some hackers have successfully ported Siri on jailbroken iPhone 4.
