If there was a sleeper pick in the 2011 NBA Three-point Shootout it was Miami Heat forward James Jones.

Nobody is sleeping on him anymore.

With a smooth and quick release, Jones defeated Celtics' stars Paul Pierce and Ray Allen. He had 20 points in the final round.

Allen, who recently passed Reggie Miller to become the all-time three-point leader, looked in great form in the first round. Pierce, who won the Shootout last year, also looked like he was going to perhaps come out with the victory. Both were considered the players to watch.

But it was Jones who stole show. He was accurate in both rounds to take home the trophy.

Kevin Durant and Daniel Gibson had poor showings, and tallied only six points each on their racks. Dorrell Wright, who was the dark horse to win, didn't make the cut despite a decent showing.
