Voluptuous, red-hot Sofia Vergara showed partygoers how to have a good time during the Emmy award show after-party in Los Angeles Sunday. Showing off her curves in a red Vera Wang gown, the 41-year-old television star danced with fellow partygoers as people watched and joined in the entertainment.

Though Vergara did not win an Emmy for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as Gloria Delgado-Pritchett in "Modern Family," she did not let that bring her down. She twerked on the dance floor, even tweeting a picture of the action along with the caption, "Miley cyrus this is where the twerk was invented. Colombia [sic]!"[[nid:1409836]]

In addition to her stunning dress, the Colombian beauty accessorized the outfit with emerald earring and a matching ring, which together were worth $7 million, according to People.com’s Style Watch.

Vergara also could have had a smile on her face for avoiding another wardrobe malfunction. At last year’s Emmy awards, she had a wardrobe malfunction just minutes before she made her way to the event.  Dressed in one of the most glamorous gowns of the night, a teal cut-out Zuhair Murad gown, Vergara ripped the back zipper of the dress before her big night out. She tweeted the mishap to her followers, which revealed she was wearing a thong beneath the gown.

“Yes!!!! This happened 20 min before we won!!!! Jajajajja. I luv my life!!!!” Vergara wrote as a photo caption. Evidently, her fans did not mind the nudity, as the picture was shared at least 2,000 times on the social media site.

Fortunately for the Colombian stunner, her wardrobe team was able to fix the malfunction before the Emmy Awards red carpet.

While the “Modern Family” actress was up for an award, again for Best Supporting Actress, she lost to co-star Julie Bowen, though Vergara did not seem too sad about it.
