"Modern Family" star Sofia Vergara added another milestone to her career on May 7: She received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Vergara was accompanied at the unveiling by fiancé Joe Manganiello. The actress, comedian and producer became the 2, 551st star on the Walk of Fame, symbolic of her four Golden Globe nominations, four Primetime Emmy awards and seven Screen Actors Guild awards for the ABC comedy.

According to E! News, "Modern Family" co-stars Julie Bowen and Ed O’Neil, as well as show co-creators Chris Lloyd and Steven Levitan, were all present. Eric Stonestreet, who plays Cameron Tucker on the show, spoke at the event. Even Manolo, Sofia’s son, shared some kind words about his mother. He was later thanked by the actress, who said her only child “never gave her any problems.”

The actress looked stunning in gold from head to toe as she wore a strapless floral embroidered golden dress and accessories from Neil Lane jewels, such as a "serpent bangle with gold and colored gems, large citrine diamond, and platinum earrings," People reported.

Prior to the ceremony, Vergara appeared on a morning talk show, where she decided she had to settle an issue brought up by ex-fiancé, Nick Loeb, a 39-year-old businessman, about the two female embryos they created when they were still a couple. The ceremony also came a day before the release of “Hot Pursuit,” a movie starring Vergara and Reese Witherspoon, for which Vergara also served as an executive producer, KTVU reported.

Manganiello, 38, said he was awestruck by his bride-to-be, saying he “couldn’t take his eyes off” of Sofia, as she spoke to the crowd.

“It is unbelievable for me to be here today standing with all of you," Vergara said. "I don't have anything to say but thank you. The first thanks I have to give is to 'Modern Family.' … If they had not invented Gloria Pritchett, I wouldn't be here. I owe everything that I have been able to do in the American market to this amazing character." On her website, the actress even wrote, “It is such an honor to be given this recognition.”
