Security researchers at F-Secure, an anti-virus and computer security software company from Finland, have revealed a phishing site is running on the Sony’s servers, reports said.

The fake site which has been running off the hdworld.sony.co.th domain has been aiming an Italian credit card company, the firm reported.

The incident, compared to the PlayStation Network hack last month that compromised personal details of more than 70 million gamers, is small but comes just after Sony reassured all its customers the company will be tightening up the security measures across the world.

The firm has informed Sony about the incident and assured consumers that they are still investigating the matter.
