Following the impressive release of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” a new generation of fans have been introduced to the wonderful world of the science fiction franchise. With that, comes a slew of new product merchandise and toys for parents to use to satisfy their new “Star Wars” lover throughout 2016.

With every new lightsaber, ship, character and gadget that appears in the movie there's inevitably a toy adaptation to follow. Hasbro took to the 2016 New York Toy Fair to showcase what it has in store for fans following the film’s release, giving people an idea of just how much it will cost to give their budding new jedi everything he or she needs to complete their playroom.

Toy lightsabers have always been a staple in the Hasbro lineup whenever a new "Star Wars" movie is released. In 2015, the toy company decided it was time to give kids a bit of customization to their role playing with the “Bladebuilder” series. This takes the standard toy lightsaber but gives it room to attach a mess of extras that will make your child’s galaxy-defending weapon completely unique to him or her. The line starts at $14.99 for a basic lightsaber but can go as high as $49.99 if you plan to get the main kit with all the necessary attachments.

Your role playing doesn’t have to stop there as the company has also released a collection of electronic masks for characters like Kylo Ren, Darth Vader and Chewbacca. Not only will they make the average young person look the part of their favorite “Star Wars” character, but each is built with a voice modulator to make their speech sound like them as well. For the electronic voice masks, the starting price is $29.99 but can reach as high as $39.99 depending on which character you’re looking to buy. However, for the more cost-effective roleplayer, non-electronic, but just as detailed, versions of the masks are available starting at just $9.99. These include Vader and Ren masks, as well as some First Order Storm Trooper varients as well.

While “The Force Awakens” provides new fodder for kids to let their imaginations run wild, “Star Wars” has always been known for its very fast community of collectors as well. The flagship brand of “Star Wars” collectibles figurines are a part of the company’s “Black Series” launch. These include a selection of 6-inch figurines designed to look as true-to-life as the movies. Each character is crafted with stunning detail and comes with collectible props from the movies. Since “The Force Awakens” dropped, characters like Finn (John Boyega), Rey (Daisy Ridely), BB-8, Kylo Ren (Adam Driver), Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie), Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac) and many more have been released for die-hard fans to add to their collections. In addition, "The Force Awakens" marks the launch of massive tie-fighter and X-wing ships from the movie that are scaled to fit these figurines.
