U.S. stock index futures trimmed gains on Monday after data showed manufacturing in New York State fell more than expected in November, even as retail sales grew at a faster pace than expected for October.

S&P 500 futures gained 7.8 points and were above fair value, a formula that evaluates pricing by taking into account interest rates, dividends and time to expiration on the contract. Dow Jones industrial average futures rose 46 points, and Nasdaq 100 futures added 11.75 points.
