U.S. stocks rose further on Monday, with the S&P 500 rising 2 percent, as the Group of 20's pledge to keep aid flowing to the world's economy boosted investors' appetite for risk.

The Dow Jones industrial average <.DJI> jumped 193.39 points, or 1.93 percent, to 10,216.81. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index <.SPX> rose 21.46 points, or 2.01 percent, to 1,090.76. The Nasdaq Composite Index <.IXIC> gained 37.73 points, or 1.79 percent, to 2,150.17.
