“Suicide Squad” is currently being shot in Toronto and new photos from the set provide a closer look at Killer Croc, played by Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje. The closeup shot revealed by Just Jared shows the character with crocodile-like scaly skin. He also appears to have chiseled teeth and is showing his tongue. Akinnuoye-Agbaje sported a black hoodie and was also seen holding a bottle of water in one hand.

According to comics, Killer Croc is a Batman nemesis and his alter ego is Waylon Jones. He has regenerative power and is an expert swimmer. He is also immune to toxins and is known for his wrestling skills. He made his first appearance in Batman No. 357.

It is yet not known how he will be placed in the film. However, according to comics, the reptilian villain is a member of a secret society of supervillians -- and may be in the film as well. Cinema Blend speculated that Killer Croc might meet Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) and the Joker (Jared Leto) in Gotham City.

Meanwhile, set photos also give a closer look at the Will Smith character, Deadshot. In one shot the actor can be seen holding a gun and giving a serious look. Smith will sport a beard in the film.

Actor Scott Eastwood -- son of Clint Eastwood -- also was spotted on the set. He was seen in Army gear, though it is unknown what role will he play in the film. “Suicide Squad” is scheduled to be released Aug 5, 2016. David Ayer is directing.
