Just to be clear: Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston did not make any public declaration about their rekindled romance, nor were they spotted hanging out again after their short-lived relationship fizzled out.

However, die-hard Swift fans tracked the singer’s whereabouts and suspected that she flew to London just to be with Hiddleston.

The report was made by Lainey Gossip: “So here’s the speculation: Tom Hiddleston apparently wrapped on ‘Thor 3’ in Australia a few days ago.”

“But you know how Taylor’s fans track her plane? Well according to them (thanks for all your emails!) Taylor flew from L.A. to NYC on Friday night/Saturday and then the plane went to London, landing at Stansted airport,” the report added. “Which is also where her plane landed when she and Tom Hiddleston went to visit his family back in the summer. Typically when Taylor goes to London she uses Luton airport.”

At the same time, the report said Swift was suspiciously quiet on social media during Halloween. So whatever she was doing, “she was able to lock it down.”

“The plane left England today back to the US. So, regardless of whether or not she was actually in London and why, by tonight, we may get an idea of how Taylor does Halloween,” the report said,

But Swift herself quickly debunked this rumor as she posted a couple of photos of herself enjoying Halloween with her friends on her Instagram account (@taylorswift).

In one photo, Swift could be seen wearing a Deadpool costume as she posed on the sofa with her friends. “Happy Halloween from Deadpool, a Cub Scout, Martha Brady, a space cadet, a granny with a lost cat, black swan, and a birthday girl dressed as a cat _ Happy birthday @kennedyrayee WE LOVE YOUUUUUU,” she wrote.

She followed up with another photo with her friends striking different poses. This time, she captioned the photo with a simple pumpkin emoji.
